Good disruptors are with Strength of +2 (AFAIK). Unfortunately these come only with a Warp Disruptor strength of -1 at every Tech level. I really dont feel like getting my Warp disrupted or disabled by some lonely gankers after a gate jump (when I fly my 'Sitting Duck' cargo vessel), so I came up with the idea to use some Warp Core stabilizers.
